Driving the Baja Peninsular is a mission, 1650 km of narrow harrowing highway. Gas stations are few and far between; we pulled into one running on the fumes of the reserve tank after driving for over four hundred km’s through unpopulated desert and have since been carrying a small jerry can. Took us three days of fairly solid driving to reach La Paz and then on to Todos Santos.
